Grammar Bootcamp (JH)

This fun safari through grammar will help your student take apart sentences and put them together again.

Course Description

The course will cover the basics of sentence structures, punctuation usage, and word choice. We will practice these skills through building sentence diagrams and dissecting our own writing. After we turn grammar into a puzzle, instead of a predicament, your student will do better in English class and have an easier time tackling foreign language courses as well! We will begin with the basics and work our way up to the most complicated grammatical diagrams. By the end of the course, the students will be able to identify many common errors in their own writings such as sentence fragments and run-ons.
