AP Calculus Readiness

This course will solidify the prerequisite skills required for AP Calculus, and will introduce students to some of the conceptual topics that they will learn and delve into AP Calculus.

Course Description

Students will also be given tips for succeeding in AP Calculus and on the AP exam so that they can create a “game plan” before the class even begins. No text is required for this course; a graphing calculator (recommended: TI-84 or TI-84+) is required. Only students for whom AP Calculus is a viable option may take this course, though students are not required to take AP Calculus after completing this course.
