Logging In to Your Schoology Parent Account

This article walks you through how to log in to your Schoology Parent account for the first time and explains how to request a password reset for your Schoology Parent account.

Logging in to Schoology

Parents and primary educators log in using the URL app.schoology.com.

Note:  Students log in using a different URL (kolbe.schoology.com).

 

When to Expect Account Access

If you are a parent to an online student, you will receive login information for yourself and your student(s) via email within 3 business days before the start of the online school year.

If you are a parent to a self-paced student, you will receive login information for yourself and your student via email by the “approximate school start date” listed on the student’s enrollment form.

 

To sign in, visit app.schoology.com, and enter the username and password provided in the email sent by Schoology.

Note: The username will usually be the preferred parent email address (and/or primary educator’s email address) on file, or the first three letters of the parent’s first name followed by the full last name (i.e. John Smith-Doe’s parent username would be johsmithdoe).

 

You will be asked to enter a zip code upon his/her first login.  Enter 94559, then select “Kolbe Academy” from the drop-down list that appears.

 

Resetting Your Schoology Password

If you are unable to log in to your Schoology Parent account, you can request a password reset by submitting a tech support ticket or by emailing techsupport@kolbe.org.
