Completing Homeschool High School Honors Grade Reports

If you are reporting honors courses to Kolbe, you must include an honors cover sheet for each honors course.  See below for detailed instructions on how to fill out honors cover sheets for each course type.

Honors Cover Sheet Basics

All honors cover sheets require that you fill out basic fields, such as the student’s name, grade level, parent name, and parent contact information.

 

Check the box for the corresponding grade level and semester.

Check the box that indicates how you would like to receive the completed grade report, either by email or US mail.

 

Once the basic cover sheet information has been filled out, locate the instructions for the student’s honors course(s) below.

Theology, Literature, & History

Write the titles of the 8 papers in the lines provided.

 

To the left, indicate which week each paper was written.

In the center column include the grade given by the parent for each paper.

Circle which Midterm and Semester exams are included, either semester one or two.

 

If you chose to grade the exams, please include the parent grade in the center column.

Next to the red arrow, place the grade the parent awarded for the course.

English 12

Write the titles of the four papers in the lines provided.

 

To the left, indicate which week each paper was written.

In the center column include the grade given by the parent of each paper.

Repeat the above steps for the Vocabulary assignments.

Write the titles for the Lap Reports on the corresponding lines, as well as provide the grade awarded by the parent for each report.

 

Repeat the above steps for the Projects section.
