Enrollment FAQs

Please read below to see frequently asked questions about the enrollment process. 

 

How do I get started?

Check your email!  When enrollment opens, Kolbe will send returning students an email with a snapcode link for you to use for each of your currently enrolled children.  If you have a new student, you’ll need to fill out the application first, but once your application is approved, Kolbe will send you an email with your snapcode link.

 

What’s a snapcode?
By clicking on the snap code link in your enrollment email, you are automatically entering your child’s snapcode. The snapcode is like a key to your child’s Enrollment for the upcoming school year. You should receive a unique snapcode or snapcode link for each child unless you have a new student you are enrolling for the first time. 

 

Should I create an account? 

  • If you’ve never completed an application or enrollment using this new system, you must create an account. This allows you to securely save your work and come back at a later time if necessary. You can use your email address or cell phone number.
  • If you already have an account, you can sign in and complete the form. (You should use the same account to complete forms for multiple children.)

 

Do I have to answer all the questions? 
Questions marked with the “required” button must be completed. Basic student and parent information will already be pre-populated for you. However, you will have the opportunity to make changes.

 

What if I make a mistake? 
You can make changes before you submit your form by clicking the previous button or navigating to the appropriate page. After you’ve submitted the form, you’ll need to contact our admissions department to make any additional changes.

 

I’ve completed the form, now what? 
When you have finished entering your information, click “Submit.” This will send all of the information you’ve entered to the school. If you cannot click on this button, you will need to make sure that you have answered all required questions.

 

What if I have more than one student at Kolbe? 
Do I need to do this for each child? Yes, because you’ll need to provide information that is specific for each child. We recommend that you submit one enrollment form and then start another – this will allow you to “snap over” shared family information, which will save you time.  If you are enrolling a brand new student to Kolbe, you will need to fill out an application for that student first.  

 

I don’t know what a question is asking. 
You can contact Kolbe at 707-255-6499 x5 or email our admissions office at admissions@kolbe.org to ask any general questions about the form or the enrollment process.

 

After I’ve completed this form, what can I expect? 
You will receive a confirmation email that includes a link to choose self-paced, homeschool, and/or online courses for your child.  Online courses are not guaranteed until your course enrollment is finalized by Kolbe Academy. 

 

What if I am not planning to enroll this student next year? 
If you do not plan to re-enroll for the 2019-20 School Year, we would appreciate if you could take some time to fill out this exit survey to let us know why he or she will not be returning.  We will greatly miss you!
