Parents and primary educators log in using the URL app.schoology.com.
Note: Students log in using a different URL (kolbe.schoology.com).
When to Expect Account AccessIf you are a parent to an online student, you will receive login information for yourself and your student(s) via email within 3 business days before the start of the online school year. If you are a parent to a self-paced student, you will receive login information for yourself and your student via email by the “approximate school start date” listed on the student’s enrollment form. |
To sign in, visit app.schoology.com, and enter the username and password provided in the email sent by Schoology.
Note: The username will usually be the preferred parent email address (and/or primary educator’s email address) on file, or the first three letters of the parent’s first name followed by the full last name (i.e. John Smith-Doe’s parent username would be johsmithdoe).
You will be asked to enter a zip code upon his/her first login. Enter 94559, then select “Kolbe Academy” from the drop-down list that appears.
