Welcome to the month of October! This month we are celebrating the monthly virtue: FRIENDSHIP.

When you become totally consumed by Eucharistic Fire, then you will be able to thank with greater awareness the Lord God who has called you to be part of his flock and you will enjoy that peace which those who are happy according to the world have never tasted. Because true happiness, young people, does not consist in the pleasures of the world and in earthly things, but in peace of conscience which we can have only if we are pure in heart and in mind.

Sharing a mutual love that seeks the good of the other. Throughout October Kolbe students will learn about friendship through these inspiring exemplars: Sts. Benedict & Scholastica, Sts. Basil & Gregory, and Bl. Pier Giorgio Frassati. We are called as parents and teachers to instill these virtues into our home and community as well. Here are a few creative ideas to help you celebrate and live the mystery of Christ throughout the Liturgical Year within your family and community.
